Where the Murray River divides New South Wales and Victoria in a Mediterranean-like climate, Wymah Organic produces organic table olives, pasture-fed lamb, sheep and organic hay.

On our certified organic farm we produce premium award-winning Table Olives, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Tapenades. Our pasture-fed slow-growing sheep and lambs love this country, and as an integrated farm with rotational grazing they complement the olives. We also offer certified organic hay direct from the farm gate.
