Where the Murray River divides New South Wales and Victoria in a Mediterranean-like climate, Wymah Organic produces organic olives and olive oil, pasture-fed lamb, sheep and Dexter beef and organic hay.

On our certified organic farm we produce premium award-winning Table Olives, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Tapenades. Our pasture-fed slow-growing sheep, lambs and cows love this country.  And as an integrated farm with rotational grazing, the animals complement the olives. We also offer certified organic hay direct from the farm gate.
