Wymah Organic Lamb is derived from organic ewes living on our certified organic farm, Dalkeith. Our Wiltipol lambs thrive on the sweet, clean grasses that grow in the Wymah Valley. This produces quality, delicious lamb that is succulent and juicy.

We offer pickup at our local market, the Albury-Wodonga Farmers Market.  We do not deliver locally, however see our Stockist page for local purchase points.

If you like to separate out the portions just right for your family and use your preferred packaging at home, then options C) and D) are best for your needs.
