Our organic Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil is rich in all the healthful goodies. It is chlorophyll green, fresh, peppery, light, herbaceous and sweet all at the same time.
The peppery, throaty hit is not for everyone but many olive oil aficionados hold it in high regard – we find the flavour to be seriously more-ish!
Cold Pressed from the earlier green fruit, this oil is costly to produce as there is a low percentage of Extra Virgin Olive oil by weight in the olives at this stage of maturation.
Please note, this extra special oil is cloudy because fine particles of the Olive flesh are suspended in the oil. We will begin sending this out in May fresh off the press.
